The challenge

Hybrid teams (working a mix of in the office and at home) have surged since the COVID19 Pandemic. Problems facing hybrid teams include communication gaps, work-life balance, collaboration hurdles and productivity concerns. Since we were working in Microsoft Teams, we were limited by interface components and had to ensure we catered to a user base dominated by large corporates.
